Biography:
Coming from a sporting background, I specialise in athletic development and strength and conditioning. I currently play rugby to a high standard and have also played cricket to a great standard. My goal is to ensure that young athletes can develop their physical abilities as well as reduce their chance of injury. I also have good knowledge in weight loss, strength training and Hypertrophy training.
In the past 3 years I’ve had a range of clients from young athletes to more mature clients.
